Three young Native American boys are having a good time catching fish while a ten point deer is keeping watch across the Lumber River.   These young boys belong to the Turtle Clan of the Lumbee Tribe of Eastern North Carolina.   The print commemorates the "Strike at the Wind" drama held annually in Robeson County.  The Lumbee Tribe is the largest Native American tribe in the Eastern United States.   History reveals that they are also direct descendants of Virginia Dare and the Lost Colony, the first English settlement in the United States.
